Music, Writing and Reading are Bloody Brilliant Distractions.

Trust me when I say that. If you have a passion for any one of them or a special case like me all the three things, consider yourself the luckiest person on earth.

Because when you are all lonely, you are having all suicidal thoughts and no-one is there to support you, do any one of them to get your mind off these things. They are pure distraction and give peace to the agitated mind. An ideal mind is devil’s workshop. So unless you want to be the victim of a devil keep your freaking imaginative mind under control. Construct boundaries.

For example you don’t like any of them and I won’t force you to follow any such hobby if you are not interested, I suggest that you do something creative or think something creative to get your mind of your amazingly villainous and dangerous thoughts.

Reading keeps you occupied. You get lost in the story and start imagining that you are a character in the story or you are at least present and viewing it with your own eyes (It happens with me)

Music. Shit! That’s the best escape from reality. Just pop in your headphones, blast your speakers to full volume and have an amazingly cool selection of songs. Don’t choose depressive stuff, it will just make the matter worse.

And in the end, Writing. My friend’s personal favorite. He says that it helps divert his attention from different things happening around him. I have different opinions. I think it is like a magnet and whenever you go to write something (like in my case) you always end up writing something that is soooo relevant to your life, to reality. I think instead of soothing the pain away you inflict and rub it in more within you and just make the wounds greener. But still it is a brilliant feeling to write and pour out everything on a sheet.

Like I said, I can’t change anyone’s views.

But who cares till the time it helps you xD
So guys, follow your passion and don’t let anything get in your way.
